Number Pool Support in Voice AI Agents
We now support assigning a Number Pool, a collection of multiple phone numbers to your AI Agents. Calls to any number in the pool will route dynamically based on your agent’s configuration. - Streamlined Workflow: Centralizes call routing, simplifying operations and minimizing redundancy. * * * ## How to Assign a Number Pool to a Voice AI Agent ### Step 1: Access Voice AI Agent Settings 1. Log in to your Patient Copilot account. 2. From the left-hand menu, click on AI Agents. 3. In the top navigation bar, select Voice AI.!(https://assets.patientcopilot.ai/bde2ab0a1da3b668.png) ### Step 2: Choose or Create a Voice AI Agent 1. Choose an existing one from your Agent List: - Click directly on the agent’s name, or - Click the three-dot menu next to the agent and select Edit.!(https://assets.patientcopilot.ai/35e929f9d074563e.png) ### Step 3: Open the Phone & Availability Tab 1. Inside the agent editor, click on the Phone & Availability tab. 2. Locate the section labeled Phone Number / Number Pool.!(https://assets.patientcopilot.ai/c857314e5bad4957.png) ### Step 4: Assign a Number Pool 1. Click on the Phone Number / Number Pool dropdown. 2. After selecting the desired number pool, click the Save button. 2.
